1. Overview and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of BoostLink Network ("BoostLink Network," "we," "us," or "our") regarding personal information collected through our website, landing pages, web forms, and related online properties (collectively, the "Site").

By using the Site or submitting a service request, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Site or submit a request.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected by independent service providers, marketing partners, or other third parties once that information has been shared with them in accordance with Section 5. Those parties maintain their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

We collect the information you enter into our service request forms, contact forms, and email correspondence. This typically includes:

We do not ask for and do not intend to collect payment card numbers, bank account details, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through the Site. Please do not include this type of information in any free-text field.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and general geographic region derived from your IP address. This information is used for site operation, security, analytics, and fraud prevention, as described in Sections 6 and 7.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from marketing partners, lead-generation partners, or service providers who refer your request to us. Where we receive personal information from a third party, we require that the third party has obtained the necessary consents and authorisations to share it with us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To connect you with service providers. This is the primary purpose. We use your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, and service category to identify and route your request to independent local providers who work in that trade and serve your area.
• To communicate with you about your request. To confirm your request, provide status updates, and respond to questions or follow-up enquiries.
• To verify and qualify requests. To confirm that submissions are genuine, complete, and within a serviceable area, and to detect duplicate, fraudulent, or automated submissions.
• To improve our services. To analyse how the Site is used, understand which service categories are in demand, and improve the matching process and user experience.
• To maintain records and comply with law. To maintain consent and communication records, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.
• To send service-related and marketing communications. Where permitted by law and subject to your consent, to send you information about services that may be relevant to you. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 10.

We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

4. Consent and Communications

When you submit a service request, you provide express written consent for BoostLink Network and its participating service partners to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide regarding your request. This consent includes contact by telephone call, text message (SMS), and email, and may include contact made using automated technology such as an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or automated text messaging systems, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You are not required to provide consent in order to obtain a quote or to receive information about available services, and you may request that we direct you to providers by email only.

Message frequency varies based on your request and the responding providers. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not automatically remove you from email or telephone contact; to withdraw consent across all channels, follow the instructions in Section 10.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. We share personal information only in the circumstances described below.

Providers and partners who receive your information are independent businesses. Once your information is shared with them, their own privacy practices and communications apply, and we are not responsible for their handling of your information beyond the contractual obligations we impose on them.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes unrelated to your service request. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers or list vendors.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device that allows a website to recognise your browser and remember certain information. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies entirely. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site and of our service request forms.

7. Analytics and Advertising

We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how the Site is used and to measure the performance of our marketing. These tools may collect information about your activity on the Site and, in some cases, across other websites over time, and may associate that activity with a device identifier or a hashed identifier.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies or sharing information with advertising partners. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page, or through your device or browser settings.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where applicable law requires us to honour a recognised opt-out preference signal, we will do so.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. In practice, this generally means:

• Service request information is retained for as long as needed to route and service your request, and thereafter for a reasonable period to maintain records of the transaction, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements.
• Consent and communication records are retained for the duration of the consent plus any applicable limitation period, so that we can demonstrate compliance with applicable communications laws.
• Aggregated and de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, may be retained indefinitely for analytics and business reporting.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or de-identify it using reasonable technical measures.

9. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using industry-standard transport layer security, access controls limiting employee and vendor access to information on a need-to-know basis, and contractual data-protection obligations for our vendors.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

• Right to know and access. You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions, including information we must retain to comply with law or to complete a transaction you requested.
• Right to opt out of communications. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, reply STOP to any text message, or ask any representative to stop contacting you. We may still contact you regarding an active service request you have submitted.
• Right to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. Where applicable law provides this right, you may request that we stop sharing your information for targeted or interest-based advertising.
• Right to appeal. If we decline a request you make under this Section, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response.

To exercise any of these rights, email boostlinknetwork@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please include your full name, the telephone number or email address you used when submitting your request, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of your written authorisation before acting on an agent's request.

11. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). Over the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, telephone number, email address, IP address); commercial information (services requested); internet or network activity (site usage); and geolocation data at the ZIP code or IP-derived regional level.

We use and disclose these categories of information for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 3 and 5 of this Policy. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16. Where we share information with service providers and partners to fulfil a service request you have initiated, that disclosure is made at your direction for the purpose of connecting you with a provider, not for cross-context behavioural advertising.

California residents may exercise the rights described in Section 10 by emailing boostlinknetwork@gmail.com. If you are a California resident and you believe we have not complied with your rights, you may contact the California Attorney General's office. Nothing in this Policy limits your right to bring a claim under applicable California law.

Residents of other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including, for example, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas — may have similar rights. We will honour verified requests from residents of those states to the extent required by the applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 for marketing purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact boostlinknetwork@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly.

13. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to websites operated by independent service providers, marketing partners, or other third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those websites. This Policy does not apply to information you provide to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit before providing personal information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
